PayMaster provides unlimited reporting capabilities with our software, Evolution. With hundreds of standard reports and the ability to design custom reports, all of your payroll information can be generated in a multitude of formats such as our standard graphical reports, Microsoft Excel or Lotus 1-2-3 spreadsheets, Adobe Reader PDF files, and many more!

All of our reports can be run on a company, division, branch, department or individual employee level and can list totals reflecting any of these levels.

We can also provide reporting over multiple pay periods, cross years or fiscal years!

	Cover Letter A summary of all your payroll totals.	Tax Report For Payroll A summary of all your payroll taxes.
	Payroll Register A report showing all earnings, deductions and taxes for any employee that received a check during your pay period.	Labor Distribution A report showing all earnings, deductions and taxes distributed throughout your divisions, branches, departments and teams.
	Period Summary All month-to-date, quater-to-date and year-to-date earnings, deductions and taxes.	Personnel Register A report that lists the demographic data for all or a user defined range of employees.
	Check Reconciliation Listing of all your checks and direct deposits issued in your payroll.	Direct Deposit Report Displays all banking information for your direct deposit employees and their net pay for the pay period.
	Time Off Register Provides all information related to our Time Off Accrual service including starting and balances, changes, payable balance, etc.	General Ledger Our software can produce General Ledger reporting just like many pieces of accounting software such as QuickBooks, Peachtree, etc.
	Job Cost A job report where all employees, earnings, deductions and taxes are grouped and totaled by job.	Job Cost - New Another job report where all employees, earnings, deductions and taxes are grouped and totaled by division, branch, department, team as well as the job.
	Earnings and Deductions Report A versatile payroll report that can be customized to show any earnings, deductions or memos that occurred	Employee Change Listing - New A type of audit report that can be used to show all changes since the last processed payroll or for a user defined period of time.
	Workers Compensation Report A report that includes several amounts related to workers compensation such as overtime premium, WC rate, adjust premium, etc.	Certified Payroll Report The US Department of Labor's WH347 payroll form.
	Input Worksheet Cover Letter A cover sheet for fax-in clients that provides the ability to summarize the payroll information that is being faxed to their Payroll Specialist.	Input Worksheet (Portrait) A portrait style report used by our fax-in clients that allows them to effectively transmit their payroll information to their Payroll Specialist. Due to the portrait style design, more information such as scheduled E/Ds are included with this version of the Input Worksheet.
	Input Worksheet (Landscape) A landscape style report used by our fax-in clients that allows them to effectively transmit their payroll information to their Payroll Specialist.
