Employee - Employee window; Employee - HR Applicant - Applicants window
This tab allows you to load and store text (.txt) Microsoft Word (.doc) and Microsoft Excel (.xls) documents and associate them with an employee. The maximum file size is 700 KB. There is no limit to the number of files, but the more files that are attached, the more database space is required.
The
Description
The name or description of the document.
Deletes the selected document.
Displays the Open Document dialog so that you can locate the file on your workstation or network and load it.
Load
Displays the Open Document dialog so that you can locate the file on your workstation or network and load it. Documents loaded cannot be greater then 500k.
Save
Saves the selected document to the Evolution database.
Show
Opens and displays the selected document in its associated application.
If a user has Read-Only rights to this window, the button is available, however the and buttons are disabled.
