Navigate Records

Back button

Displays the previous window. Click the arrow to display a history of windows you have had open prior to the current window.

• SHIFT+ALT+LEFT ARROW

Forward button

Displays the next window. Click the arrow to display a history of windows you have had open after the current window.

• SHIFT+ALT+RIGHT ARROW

Navigate Records

First record button

Displays the first record in the dataset.

• ALT+HOME

Prior record button

Displays the prior record  in the dataset.

• ALT+LEFT ARROW

Next record button

Displays the next record in the dataset.

• ALT+RIGHT ARROW

Last record button

Displays the last record in the dataset.

• ALT+END

Create, Save, and Delete

Create Record button

Delete a record

Deletes the current record.  

• ALT+DEL

View field audit history

Refresh data button

Refreshes the displayed data.

• F5

Effective Date

Post changes button

Saves changes to local memory.

• F10

• Save the changes.

Cancel changes button

Cancels changes saved in local memory.

• F2

Commit data changes button

Commits changes to the database on the server.

• CTRL+S

Abort changes button

Cancels changes. No changes are made to the database.
