Our Employee Self Service (ESS) provides your employees with secure access to an assortment of their
personal information including paystubs and W-2s/1099s via an an easy to use website.
Although ESS is a great asset for companies looking to "go green" by eliminating the need
to print paystubs every pay period, it can also alleviate your payroll department from the often
tedious task of reprinting paystubs or W-2s/1099s when they're lost or the employee is in need
of extensive history (such as when applying for a loan).

The following features are available with ESS:
- Access to view and print all (regardless of year) paystubs issued by PayMaster
- Access to view and print all (regardless of year) W-2s/1099s issued by PayMaster

Employees can register themselves and maintain their own password; including the ability to
reset it in the event it's forgotten
- Access to view, and optionally edit, basic information (e.g. name, address, etc.)
- Access to view time off accrual information with an optional time off request system
- ESS manager approval process for edited basic information and/or time off requests
- The ability for employees to easily email their ESS manager
- The ability for the ESS manager to post messages and links to departments or the entire company
