Job Costing
Our software, Evolution, can store an unlimited number of jobs and they can be created via mass entry or 'on the fly' while you're doing payroll. Jobs can be marked as 'federal certified' or 'state certified' so they can properly included in respective job costing and certified payroll reports.
All jobs have a large number of optional attributes to help you further define what happens when you use them. For example, any job you create can have a custom rate amount, workers compensation code, G/L tag, life to date information, etc. attached to it.
We also have a wide array of job costing reports that allow you to:
- View payroll data grouped by jobs
- View job data grouped by division, branch, department or team
- View job data by employee
- View summarized job data
- Filter reports by specific job numbers
